We continue our prayer series on the Impartation of the Holy Spirit. Today I want us to look deep within ourselves, and rid of anything that clogged us up. We need to be an empty vessel, and ready to be filled. Psalm 143:10:
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit, lead me on level ground.

Knowing that you are always in need to be filled with Holy Spirit. We do get depleted with overwhelming life battles, emotional entanglements, sinful desires… I know that I do need to be constantly filled by Holy Spirit.
Are you filled or depleted in your spiritual life? In the book of John 7:38-39, Jesus told his disciple that he is the source of water that dries not.
i. Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit
15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper,[f] to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be[g] in you.
JOHN 14: 18-21;
18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. 21 Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”

Today we will focus our prayer on the book of John 5:1-47. I will read the entire chapter then we will pray. Our prayer is to act on what our Lord told us, not to wait on someone to push us or let doubt prevent us from moving forward and fulfilling our purpose on this earth.

Today we will focus our prayer on trusting despite the unknown. Just like He Tod Abraham to take a leap of faith and leave in Genesis 12:1. Tell God, I trust to less me even if I don't know where it is what it is except, or how to do whatever is ahead of me.
