Praying for Courage and perseverance

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2

Pray this prayer according to your needs and desperation for God’s presence and help.

1. Dear Lord, I pray for courage and strength to face the challenges that lie ahead. Help me to trust in you and not be afraid or discouraged.
2. Lord, you have commanded us to be strong and courageous. I pray that you give me the courage to stand up for what is right and to persevere through difficult times.
3. Father, I lift my eyes to you, the Maker of heaven and earth. You are my help and my strength. Help me to trust in you and to lean on your everlasting arms.
4. Lord, I pray that you give me the courage to step out in faith and follow your calling on my life. Help me to persevere and to trust in your unfailing love.
5. Father, I pray for courage and perseverance in the face of adversity. Give me the strength to endure and the courage to overcome.
6. Lord, I thank you that you are with me wherever I go. I pray for the courage to trust in your plan for my life and to follow your guidance.
7. Father, I pray that you give me the strength to stand firm in the face of opposition and the courage to persevere through trials and tribulations.
8. Lord, I pray that you give me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and take risks for your kingdom. Help me to trust in your provision and to follow your lead.
9. Father, I pray for the courage to face my fears and overcome the obstacles that stand in my way. Help me to trust in your unfailing love and to persevere in faith. Amen.
